Right after days of heavy rain and thunderstorm, the sky was very clear when i was on the ferry to the Central pier yesteray.
Had a biz dinner last night at the Central pier. The restaurant called Watermark and it is right above the pier from TST. The environment was excellent with 270 degree sea view and all the view is just at your eye-level.
It serves Western food and the price is very resonable (starter ~ $100; main course ~$200); since we ordered a lot of wine, it cost a lot in the end.

Very hot when we arrived in Manila... a big group of us (30+) stuck at the luggage belt waiting for our gear.
